    Where is my order?

    Orders get sent a tracking number when fulfilled. All tracking should provide full tracking information. Please refer to this tracking information and allow some extra time outside of the delivery estimate to accommodate potential courier or customs delays. If you still have concerns, feel free to send us an email at orders@lemonpeach.ca to help you out :)

    How long does it take for orders to process?

    From the time you make your order, it generally takes 2-4 business days to process and send your tracking email. Please note that Canadian holidays and an unexpectedly high volume of orders may affect our normal processing time but we'll do our best to have disclaimers displayed on the site if we're experiencing delays or anticipate one.

    My order arrived damaged/defective!

    Please email us immediately at orders@lemonpeach.ca  with photos of the defective item and of the packaging if it seems like the damage occurred during transit.

    I made an error on my order. What do I do?

    If you made a mistake like a wrong address or wrong quantity, please email us at orders@lemonpeach.ca 

    Where do you ship from?

    We ship all products from Toronto, ON in Canada.

    Can I return or exchange any items?

    If you'd like to return an item for a refund or exchange an item for another another size, please email us at orders@lemonpeach.ca  and we can help you out and send you details on the process.

    Please note that we cannot accept returns on orders older than 60 days and that we do not refund shipping fees. Returned items must be in the same condition as you received them.

    Return shipping is at your expense and risk unless otherwise agreed upon via email with us and refunds will return to your original form of payment. 

    Do not ship returns or exchanges without consent from us.

    You sent me the wrong item!

    Although we do our best to not make any mistakes, it happens sometimes and we'll do our best to make things right. Contact us at orders@lemonpeach.ca and any return shipping to us will be at our expense and we'll ship the proper order out asap.



    How long does shipping take?

    Orders to Canada and the US will generally take anywhere between 2-7 business days from the time of order. For international orders, the estimate is 4-21 business days and may potentially take longer due to courier processing times or customs. We always recommend giving a bit of leeway in your arrival expectations just in case. If there's still any concern, feel free to email us at orders@lemonpeach.ca 

    Do you ship internationally?

    We do! We ship to the US, Canada, EU countries, Australia, and some parts of Asia. 

    Why don't you ship to my country?

    Because of shipping and security risks, we don't provide shipping to all countries. If you see that your country isn't offered under our list of countries we ship to, feel free to ask us at orders@lemonpeach.ca and we'll can quote you and see what we can do :)

    Can I request a faster shipping method?

    If you require something more urgently, please contact us at orders@lemonpeach.ca  for a quote and we'll do our best to find a solution for your timeline. Please note that for international orders, it's hard to guarantee delivery times since customs may unexpectedly affect the transit time. 

    Will you mark my package as a gift?

    Sorry, we won't mark packages as gifts or alter the declaration value of any package we send. 

    Will I get charged customs/duties on my order?

    All orders are subject to customs and duties charges upon arrival in your country but does not necessarily mean that is guaranteed to be incurred.

    My order got returned to sender!

    We'll do our best to intercept orders in the event that it's in the process of being returned to us to update any information necessary required for delivery. If the package gets returned to us, we can re-ship your order at an additional shipping cost to re-send the order. After two attempts, we will automatically refund your order minus any shipping or customs fees incurred.

    Please make sure that all your order information is correct before completing orders.


    Sizing, Product Information, and Care

    Why does my shirt smell like vinegar?

    The printing process on some of our shirts may leave a "vinegar" smell but will go away naturally, especially after the first or second wash.  

    What kind of fit can I expect with your shirts?

    Our shirts on printed on American Apparel shirts and have a fairly slim yet stretchy fit and fit a bit long compared to other shirt styles. Please refer to the size guide below for exact dimensions provided by the manufacturer.


    What's the best way to wash my shirts?

    To best maintain colour and print quality, we recommend washing shirts inside-out, with like colours and in cold water. Hang dry or tumble dry low heat.

    Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration or dry clean.

    What do your shirt designs mean?

    All artists that contributed to our designs were specifically hand-picked by us. Some artists commissioned on our designs have had work done in the board gaming industry because we love supporting any part of the board gaming industry and drawing more attention to the incredible talent that goes behind the games we love so much.

    When we approached each artist, we gave them all one simple requirement: that they interpret "Game Night" according to their own experiences and knowledge of what board gaming is. What you see on their shirts is exactly what they feel and recall when they think of Game Night. 


    Do you have a physical store?

     We don't have a physical store at the moment. Sorry! 

    Do you allow pick ups?

    We generally don't allow for pick ups but may make rare exceptions for those located in Toronto. If you're interested in this possibility, please email us at orders@lemonpeach.ca 

    How long does it take for you to respond to messages?

    We try to respond to messages as soon as possible and generally takes 1-3 business days for a response. Please note that we do not respond to messages on weekends or holidays.
